Drone photography

Real estate drone photography in Orange County.

Aerial stills and a short clip that put the home in context — the lot, the coastline, the proximity to the water or the hills — flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot, delivered next morning.

What you get

The shot that shows where the home actually sits.

Ground photos show the rooms. They cannot show the lot lines, the setting, or how close the home really is to the beach, the park, or the greenbelt behind it. An aerial frame answers the question a buyer asks first — where is this, and what is around it — and it shows the roof, the yard, and the view in a way no eye-level photo can. For a lot of OC listings, that context is the thing that earns the showing.

Drone is worth adding when the surroundings help sell the home: waterfront and harbor lots, hillside and view homes, acreage and estate parcels, gated communities, and anything sitting near a recognizable landmark. Every flight is run legally under an FAA Part 107 certificate, clear of restricted airspace. A standard add-on delivers 8–12 edited aerial stills from the usual angles — straight-down lot context, the home from each side, and a wider neighborhood frame — with an optional ~30-second aerial clip for video and reels.

Because the pilot is on site anyway, drone pairs cleanly with photography and a walkthrough video in a single visit, so the whole listing is captured at once. Book it as an add-on or inside a package, and the aerials come back with the rest of the gallery the next morning, edited and ready for the MLS and the portals.

Questions

Drone photography FAQ.

Are you licensed to fly a drone commercially?+

Yes. All aerial work is flown under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate, and we stay clear of restricted airspace. For coastal and airport-adjacent areas of Orange County we check airspace authorizations before the shoot.

When is drone photography worth adding?+

Whenever the setting helps sell the home — waterfront and harbor lots, hillside and view homes, larger or gated parcels, and anything near the beach, a park, or a recognizable landmark. For a standard interior tract home it adds less.

How many aerial photos do I get?+

A standard drone add-on delivers 8–12 edited aerial stills covering the home, the lot, and the surroundings. A short 30-second aerial clip can be added for video and reels.

How much does drone photography cost?+

Drone is included in the Essential, Premium and Luxury packages, or can be added to a photography shoot. The exact price depends on the property and appears in the booking flow before you confirm.
